WHAT ARE OUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We have models in permanent inventory and we invite you to consult us about it at our email:info@tierraokre.com. In this case the sales are cash, through Paypal or bank transfer
If the lamps you want are not in stock, you can place your order and to process it we require a minimum advance of 50% and the balance to be paid upon delivery of the products.

We are in the best position to support our clients in environment design and/or remodeling projects, so we offer to design and quote products that are feasible and are not in our catalogue.

HOW DO DELIVERIES WORK?
The prices of our lamps do not include the delivery of these to our customers' homes, so when they are ready, they can be picked up at our workshop in San Juan de Tibás, San José, Costa Rica.

We have commercial relationships with several local and international parcel companies, which allows us to send our lamps practically anywhere in Costa Rica and the world. In case of requiring the service, the client must cover the corresponding transportation and nationalization costs.

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
All our lamps are manufactured with the best raw materials available locally and internationally. Its preparation is carried out by expert and qualified artisans. This allows us to guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for up to six (6) months after delivery to the customer.
The guarantee offered consists of the repair of the products or their total replacement, depending on each particular case.

Please note that we cannot guarantee our products if they are not used in accordance with our recommendations, or if they are installed incorrectly.
